in Fargo. He was joking of course

The character of Little Bill in Boogie Nights was written
especially for Bill

If you watch closely, (and pause just right onthe DVDs,) you
can tell that Felicity is pregnant with her first and second
child in the last few episodes of Sports Night and in Path
to War respectively

The first thing Felicty noticed that she liked about Bill was
his legs
